The Glow Club is month-to-month — no contracts, cancel anytime with 14 days’ notice. Unused signature visits roll over once. Memberships are non-transferable and exclude gift-card purchases.
Club questions
Book any time through the booking dock at the bottom of the site — pick a service, choose a stylist, and grab a time. Walk-ins are welcome for nails and bang trims by availability; cuts, color, and events are by appointment so we can give you the full chair time.
Plans change — cancel or move your appointment free up to 24 hours ahead. Within 24 hours, a 50% service fee applies; a no-show is charged in full. If you’re running more than 15 minutes late we may need to adjust or reschedule your service so the next guest isn’t affected.
