Book any time through the booking dock at the bottom of the site — pick a service, choose a stylist, and grab a time. Walk-ins are welcome for nails and bang trims by availability; cuts, color, and events are by appointment so we can give you the full chair time.
Yes — for any first-time lightening or tint service we require a patch test at least 48 hours before your appointment. It takes two minutes in the salon and protects you against an allergic reaction. Returning color guests are already on file.
Plan for 2–4 hours depending on your length, density, and how big a change you want. Balayage and full highlights are on the longer end; a gloss or toner refresh is about 45 minutes. We’ll give you an exact estimate at your consult.
Balayage is designed for a soft grow-out, so most guests come in every 8–12 weeks, with a quick gloss refresh in between. We’ll send you home with the right sulfate-free shampoo and an at-home gloss so it stays glossy in the Miami sun.
Often, yes. Color corrections start with a consultation so we can assess your hair’s health and set realistic expectations — sometimes it’s one visit, sometimes a few. Priya, our color-correction pro, will walk you through the plan and pricing before anything happens.
Plans change — cancel or move your appointment free up to 24 hours ahead. Within 24 hours, a 50% service fee applies; a no-show is charged in full. If you’re running more than 15 minutes late we may need to adjust or reschedule your service so the next guest isn’t affected.
Every guest gets a single-use file and buffer, and all metal tools are hospital-grade sterilised between clients. Pedicure bowls are sanitised after every use. We are an MMA-free, low-tox studio and use vegan, 10-free polishes.
For brow or lash tinting we patch-test first-time guests 48 hours ahead, the same as color. For facials and waxing we’ll go over any sensitivities, medications, or recent treatments at check-in and adjust products to keep your skin calm.
For weddings and big events, reach out 2–3 months ahead so we can schedule a trial and hold your date. A deposit secures day-of styling for you and your party; the rest is due the day of. We can come on-site or host you in the salon.
